Job Description	Recruitment for Anganwadi Worker (Sangini) and Anganwadi Helper (Sahayika) under the ICDS/Poshan Project. Selected candidates will provide child care services, nutrition support, preschool education, maternal health awareness, community outreach, growth monitoring, and assist in implementing welfare schemes for women and children.
Place of Posting	Various Anganwadi Centres under the ICDS/Poshan Projects in Jammu & Kashmir.
Educational Qualification	Anganwadi Worker: 10+2 Pass or Graduation. Anganwadi Helper: Minimum 8th Pass/Matriculation (as applicable in the notification). Preference is given to eligible local female candidates.
Selection Process	Merit based on educational qualification, Document Verification, and final selection as per the Government guidelines.
