Job Description	Recruitment for Havildar (Security) on a permanent basis for BEL Pune Unit. Selected candidates will perform industrial security duties, access control, patrolling, surveillance, emergency response, asset protection, and assist in maintaining the safety and security of BEL premises. The post is meant for Ex-Servicemen with the required Armed Forces service.
Place of Posting	BEL Pune Unit, Maharashtra. Candidates may be posted anywhere based on organizational requirements.
Educational Qualification	SSLC/10th Pass with minimum 15 years of service in the Indian Armed Forces (Ex-Servicemen only). Fire training is desirable.
Selection Process	Physical Endurance Test (PET), Written Test, Document Verification, and Medical Examination.
Application Fee	General/OBC/EWS: ₹295/- (including GST). SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: No Application Fee.
