| Educational Qualification |
- Level-2: 12th Pass or equivalent. Level-1: 10th Pass with ITI (NCVT/SCVT) or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC). Candidates must also possess the prescribed Scouts & Guides qualifications.

- Written Examination, Assessment of Scouts & Guides qualifications, Document Verification, and Medical Examination.

- ₹500/- for General/OBC candidates (₹400 refunded after appearing in the written examination). ₹250/- for SC/ST, Women, Minorities, EBC, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, etc. (fully refundable after appearing in the written examination).

- 2. Step 2: Download the Scouts & Guides Quota Recruitment 2026 notification and application form.
- 3. Step 3: Fill in the application form with your personal, educational, and Scouts & Guides details.
- 4. Step 4: Attach self-attested copies of educational certificates, Scouts & Guides certificates, age proof, caste certificate (if applicable), and a recent passport-size photograph.
- 5. Step 5: Pay the application fee through the prescribed mode mentioned in the notification.
- 6. Step 6: Verify all the entered details and sign the application form.
- 7. Step 7: Place the completed application and required documents in an envelope superscribed "Application for Recruitment against Scouts & Guides Quota 2026–27".
- 8. Step 8: Send the application to the designated NFR office so that it reaches on or before **19/07/2026**.
