Job Description	Recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officers for Manager (Security) and Deputy Manager (Security) posts on a regular basis.

Educational Qualification	Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university. Manager (Security): Minimum Major or equivalent rank with 10 years of commissioned service in Armed Forces, or Deputy Commandant with 10 years of service in Paramilitary Forces. Deputy Manager (Security): Minimum Captain or equivalent rank with 5 years of commissioned service, or Assistant Commandant with 5 years of service in Paramilitary Forces. SHAPE-1 or equivalent medical fitness required.
Selection Process	Online Written Examination followed by Personal Interview. SBI may also use shortlisting and interview.
