| Job Description |
Recruitment for 20 categories of Non-Executive posts, including Assistant Superintendent (Hindi Translator), Junior Supervisor, Technical Assistant, Nurse (Male), Shipwright Fitter, Welder, Instrument Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Khalasi, Safety Steward, EOT Crane Operator, Painter and Steward cum Cook. Fixed-term contract for 3 years, extendable by 2 years. |

| Educational Qualification |
- Qualifications vary by post: SSC/10th, ITI, Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or Nursing qualification in the relevant discipline. Most posts require at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Technical Assistant posts require a relevant 3-year full-time Diploma; B.E./B.Tech without a Diploma is not accepted for these posts.

- Written Test (CBT/PBT), Document Verification and Skill/Trade Test. Weightage varies by post: written test 50%/40%/30% and skill test 50%/60%/70%, respectively.
