Job Description	Recruitment for Specialist Cadre Officers on a regular basis. Posts: Chief Manager (Product & Research – Forex & Rupee Derivatives) and Manager (Product & Research Analyst). Responsibilities include financial market research, derivative product development, market analysis, financial modelling and preparing research reports.
Place of Posting	Mumbai, Maharashtra (suggested posting; SBI may transfer employees anywhere in India)
Educational Qualification	MBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDBA or equivalent degree from a recognised institution. Finance specialisation preferred. CFA/FRM/CA/CMA qualifications are also preferred. Chief Manager: Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in Forex and Rupee markets. Manager: Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Equity/Forex/Debt research.
Selection Process	Shortlisting of applications followed by Personal Interview. Interview carries 100 marks.
