Job Description	Engagement of Act Apprentices for training in various trades across Southern Railway workshops, divisions and units. This is apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and does not guarantee employment after completion.
Place of Posting	Southern Railway jurisdiction covering Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Puducherry, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, specified districts of Andhra Pradesh and Dakshina Kannada district of Karnataka
Educational Qualification	Fresher: 10th pass with prescribed marks; MLT requires 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Ex-ITI: 10th pass plus relevant NCVT/SCVT ITI certificate in the prescribed trade.
Selection Process	Merit List based on qualifying examination/ITI marks. No written examination is required.
Application Fee	₹100; exempted for SC/ST/PwBD and Women candidates.
