Job Description: Research Associate, Project Assistant, Library Trainee Posts
Place of Posting: Chennai
Educational Qualification: 1. Research Associate �<br />
Essential Qualification: Ph.D Dagree Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics from a reputed university or Institute. The candidate should have at least two publications in respected journals. Knowledge of machine learning and dynamical systems theory is required.<br />
2. Research Associate �<br />
Essential Qualification: PhD (or submitted PhD thesis) in science, engineering or mathematics, with at least 2 publications in respected Journals in bioinformatics/ computational biology Familiarity with next generation sequencing pipelines and file formats including RNA-seq, ChlP-seq. Programming expertise in Python or R.<br />
3. Project Assistant �<br />
Essential Qualification: Master�s degree (or) 4-year bachelor�s degree n any field of science, engineering or mathematics. Essential skills: Familiarity with python or R programming, familiarity with basic bio informatics data and file formats, familiarity with NGS assays and in particular RNA-seq Project overview: Studying the transcriptional regulation from single-cell data This will involve integrating diverse sources of high-throughput data from public databases and developing new algorithms to learn from diem.<br />
4. Project Assistant �<br />
Essential Qualification: M. Tech in Biotechnology from a reputed institution with at least 2 years experience post.M.Tech in a research lab. Desirable qualifications: Proficient in Cellular and Molecular Biology experimental techniques.<br />
5. Project Assistant �<br />
Essential Qualification: B.Sc in Physics or Mathematics from a reputed institution with knowledge of computational techniques. Should know programming. Desirable qualifications: Proficient is Graphic Design and/or Scientific Visualization.<br />
6. Project Assistant �<br />
Essential Qualification: Bachelor�s Degree in Science / Library Science Desirable Capability, proficiency and experience in wilting / editing of scientific reports and manuscripts<br />
7. Project Assistant �<br />
Educational Qualification: Masters degree in Physics from a reputed university or institute by July/August, 2024 Good knowledge about quantum field theory and renormalisation. JEST rank below 200 within last 3 years. At least one publication n a reputed journal.<br />
8. Library Trainee �<br />
Educational Qualification: � MLISc Degree with first class and with good English knowledge. � Should have Passed out during 2003 (or) 2024 only.<br />
Desirable: Preference will be given to those candidates who have pursued the degree as regular academic
