Educational Qualification	1. Material Assistant (MA) – Essential: – Graduate in any discipline from any recognized University or Diploma in Material Management or Diploma in Engineering in any Discipline from any recognized Institution. 2. Junior Office Assistant (JOA) – Essential: – (i) 12th Std Pass. (ii) Typing Speed of 35 (Thirty Five) words per minute in English on computer or a typing speed of 30 (Thirty) words per minute in Hindi on computer. 3. Civil Motor Driver (OG) – Essential: – (i). Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognised board, (ii). Civilian Driving license of heavy vehicles and have two years’ experience of driving such vehicles. 4. Tele Operator Grade-II – Essential: – (i) 10+2 or equivalent with English as compulsory subject. (ii) Proficiency in handling in PBX board. Desirable: – Fluency in spoken English. 5. Fireman – Essential: – Matriculation (10th) pass. 6. Carpenter & Joiner – Essential: – Matriculation (10th) pass. Certificate in the trade from a recognised ITI with three years of training and/or Experience of actual work in the trade. 7. Painter & Decorator – Essential: – (i). Matriculation (10th) pass. (ii). Certificate in the trade from a recognised ITI of 3 years training and / or Experience in the trade. 8. MTS – Essential: –Matriculation (10th) pass. Desirable: – Conversant with the duties of the concerned trades with Minimum one years’ experience in trade. 9. Tradesman Mate – Essential: – Matriculation (10th) pass. Desirable: – Certificate in any Trade from a recognized Industrial Training Institute (ITI).
Selection Process	1. Material Assistant (MA) – Written Exam. 2. Junior Office Assistant (JOA) – Typing Proficiency Test, Written Exam. 3. Civil Motor Driver (OG) – Driving Test & Verbal questioning about internal functioning of heavy and light vehicles, Written Exam. 4. Tele Operator Grade-II – Written Exam. 5. Fireman – Physical Measurements (Qualifying), Physical Endurance Test, Written Exam. 6. Carpenter & Joiner – Making furniture (wooden items) with proper finishing & Verbal questioning about types of wood, furniture and all other pertains to it, Written Exam. 7. Painter & Decorator – Painting of wooden and iron items verbal questioning about mixing of colours, Written Exam. 8. MTS – Written Exam. 9. Tradesman Mate – Physical Endurance Test (PET), Written Exam
