2. Management Trainee (Mechanical) E-1 � Full Time Regular Management Trainee (MT)ing Degree (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg.) in Mechanical Management Trainee (MT)ing with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) from AICTE / UGC approved Institution. 10. Management Trainee (HR) E-1 � Minimum 60% Marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) in 02 years� full time regular MBA/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma (PGDM/PGDBM)/ intergrated MBA, from Universities/ Institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE with specialization in Human Resource/ Personnel Management/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management/ Human Resource Development/ /Human Resource Development & Management/ Labour Laws & Personnel Management. For Candidates possessing full time regular MBA /Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma (PGDM/PGDBM)/ Intergrated MBA with dual specializations, the qualification should be with major specialization in aforesaid areas of Human Recourse (HR). The candidates will have to provide a certificate from the Institutes/University indicating major specialization in above mentioned areas of Human Recourse (HR).
