Educational Qualification: 1. Data Entry Operator � Graduate degree in Computer Science/Information Technology /Computer Application from a recognized University. OR Graduate degree in any stream from a recognized University with one-year post-qualification experience in Data Management. Proficient in handling and analysing data on excel workbooks.
2. Computer Programmer Grade B � Master�s degree in Computer Application/Information Technology/ Computer Science from a recognized institution/University Institute OR B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/ Computer Technology/Information Technology from a recognized institution/university with two years post qualification experience in relevant areas of programming or information system in Government, autonomous, PSU, etc., recognized organisations. OR Graduate degree in Computer Science/Information Technology /Computer Application from a recognized University with at-least five years of post-qualification work experience in clinical data management OR Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University with at-least six years of post qualification work experience in clinical data management
3. Data Entry Operator Grade C � Graduate degree in Computer Science/Information Technology /Computer Application from a recognized University. OR Graduate degree in any stream from a recognized University with one-year post-qualification experience in Data Management. Skills/Desirable:
� Experience in clinical data management
� Basic computer skills
� Good interpersonal skills
� Good written and spoken English
4. Tele-counsellor � Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Desirable:
� Experience in clinical research in domain of maternal and child health
� Experience in performing tele counselling and scheduling of research study participants
5. Senior Study Nurse � BSc Nursing or Diploma in Nursing with two years of post-qualification clinical experience OR Midwifery (GNM) with three years of post qualification clinical experience and registered with Haryana State Nursing Council
Desirable:
� Experience in clinical research
� Well versed with Good clinical practice [GCP]
6. Nurse � Diploma in Nursing or Midwifery (GNM) Or equivalent and registered nurse or ANM with any State Nursing Council.
Desirable: � Experience in clinical research � Well versed with Good clinical practise [GCP]
7. Junior Resident (Radiologist/ Sonologist) � MD/DNB in radiology from the recognized university with recognized by MCI. OR MBBS with Diploma in Medical Radio Diagnosis (DMRD) from the recognized university with recognized by MCI. OR MBBS form the recognized university with two years of post-qualification work experience in radiology department.
