| Educational Qualification |
- 1. Research Associate (RA) - Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Life Sciences OR having 3 years of research, teaching, and design and development experience after M.Tech (Life Sciences)/ with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal. (As per DST Office Memorandum No. DST/PCPM/Z06/2022, Dated:26-07-2023). Desirable: Experience in molecular markers, markers-assisted breeding, field phenotyping, and handling of field rice crops.
- 2. Senior Research Fellow (SRF) - Master’s degree in Genetics/Plant Breeding/Genetics and Plant Breeding/Biotechnology/ Life Sciences with 4/5 years bachelor’s degree. Candidates having Post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 3-year bachelor’s degree must have UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET, GATE qualification or equivalent or Ph.D. in any of the above disciplines. (As per ICAR memorandum F. No. Agri. Edn./6/27/2014/HRD Dated 13.07.2015 and F. No. Agri. Edn./6/27/2014/HRD Dated 09.10.2015). Desirable: Experience in molecular markers, markers-assisted breeding, field phenotyping, and handling of field rice crops.
